King Khan SRK celebrates his 52nd birthday today. Better known as Badshah of Bollywood, King Khan has ruled the Box Office for over two decades.

Just like his cinematic career and charming dimples, here are some 4 controversies of SRK that refuse to die down.

  1. Public spat with Shirish Kunder

SRK had an infamous public fall out with Shirish Kunder at Sanjay Dutt’s birthday party. Shahrukh Khan allegedly, also slapped Shirish Kunder after their argument.

This public fight was a big scandal back then and still is fresh in everyone’s minds.

  1. Mishandling a Journalist

One inquisitive journalist questioned SRK on his intimate scenes with Deepa Sahi in the movie Maya Memsahib. The journalist went further to question if he had a brief fling with his co-star, with permission of the Director, who was also the husband of Deepa Sahi.

This is enough to trigger SRK’s temper and he lunged forward and grabbed the journalist by his collar. This is one incident that no one talks about now considering the popularity of the star.

  1. Spat with Salman Khan

Friends turned foes turned friends; SRK and Salman have been through it all. SRK and Salman, apparently, got in to a fist fight at Katrina Kaif’s birthday bash. SRK left soon afterwards never to meet Salman again for more than 3-4 years. Finally. after much reluctance, Salman and SRK patched up at Baba Siddique’s annual EID Iftari. Both the stars have been in good terms since then.

  1. Wankhade Ban

Probably the most embarrassing incident of SRK’s career. SRK verbally abused a Wankhade security guard for doing his duty. He went on a verbal rampage which was widely covered and panned by media outlets. Post that, SRK was barred from entering the Wankhade stadium for almost 5 years.
