Porn is still a taboo in our country. The previous Congress Govt. had even mulled over a complete ban on pornographic sites and content.
Till date, there are various right-wing outfits that believe that porn is the primary reason behind psychological corruption & rising number of women-related crimes. Hence, it comes as no surprise when a BHU professor has devised a novel way to tackle the rising menace of pornographic websites.
Dr. Vijay Nath Mishra, a BHU Professor was disturbed due to the youth’s tilt towards porn websites. The respected professor of neurology got in touch with like-minded people from BHU professors and APP developers to create a new APP called ‘Har Har Mahadev’ which blocks porn websites and also plays bhajans!
The song which will be played for now is limited to ‘Har Har Mahadev,’ but the song list will be soon expanded to include Gayatri Mantra and other inspirational speeches from imminent leaders.
As the professor, he observed that the students were always distracted due to the ever-increasing influence of pornographic websites. Moreover, the society is becoming corrupt to pornography and porn has no place in the spiritual land of Madan Mohan Malviya!
We would like to know your views in the comment section below on this novel initiative by the BHU professor.
