Aam Admi Party founder member and former leader, Yogedra Yadav, has heavily criticized the Delhi chief minister and former AAP colleague Arvind Kejriwal for joining hands with JD-U’s Nitish Kumar and RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav for upcoming Bihar assembly election.
The Swaraj Abhiyan leader Yogendra Yadav on Monday said the move is like writing obituary of “anti-corruption movement”.
“Sharing stage or having direct or indirect alliance with leader like Lalu Yadav, who is symbol of corruption, is end of the ideology on which AAP was formed,“
said Yogendra Yadav adding that AAP leaders might have compromised with the ideology but the grass root workers, who had joined the movement and then party to fight against corruption will not accept it.
Yadav has said that the AAP has been reduced to just being a regional party of Delhi, which is only dealing with the local issues of Delhi.
“By supporting Nitish-Lalu alliance in Bihar poll, AAP has projected itself as a regional party which has no national vision,” said Yadav adding that he is working on national issues of farmers and their right and he do not find it appropriate to dedicate his energy to think about a regional party (AAP).
He said that the person, whose entire claim to fame was fighting against corruption till yesterday, would now be spotted with Nitish and Lalu, the two most corrupt political leaders of our time.
