The men in blue could not shed the ‘poor travellers’ tag as they lost the first Test against South Africa by a huge margin.

It has now been revealed that there was some outside interference in leading to India’s sudden fall of wickets. Yes, Vernon Philander, played an important role in dismissing one of the most powerful batting line-up

It seems now that there was some outside interference behind India’s embarrassing defeat against SA. The outside interference is none other than Mr. Big Blue.

Mr. Big Blue is no one else but a giant-sized roller that was used on the pitch before the Test Match. As per reports, Newland’s heay roller played a significant role in affecting the proceedings and outcome of the match.

The Roller came in to play after the third day’s play was washed out due to rains. The use of a roller squeezes out moisture from the wet-pitch. However, this does come at a heavy price as it aids the seamers.

We all know how that turned out for the Indian batting line-up as they were bundled up within no time, before you could spell Mississippi correctly.

As per experts, the effects of using a large roller is known to all. Instead, a small size-roller could have done the job without aiding the South African seamers.
